Since we do not ship physical products, this Shipping Policy explains how and when you will receive your digital deliverables after purchasing or subscribing to our services.
By using our website or purchasing any service from Covalent Media, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical goods.
All deliverables provided by Covalent Media are digital, including but not limited to:
• Edited videos
• Raw footage (upon request)
• Graphic designs
• Posters, reels, and creative assets
• Brand strategy documents
• Ad campaign setups
• Reports & analytics
• Digital templates
• Digital downloads
All items are delivered online only.
2. Delivery Methods
Depending on the service, your digital deliverables will be shared through one or more of the following:
• Google Drive (primary delivery method)
• Dropbox or WeTransfer (if file size is large)
• Email
• WhatsApp (for preview files only)
• Project management tools (if applicable)
Final high-quality files are usually delivered via Google Drive.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service package and agreement.
However, our standard timelines are:
Video Production
• Script/Concept: 1–3 working days
• Editing (Short-form): 2–5 working days
• Editing (Long-form): 5–10 working days
• Revisions: 1–3 working days
Social Media Management
• Monthly content calendar: delivered within the first 3–5 days of each month
• Content posts: scheduled or delivered as per the calendar
Graphic/Poster Design
• 24–72 hours depending on complexity
Ad Campaign Setup
• Within 24–48 hours after receiving required assets
These timelines may shift based on workload, feedback speed, and client inputs.
4. Client Responsibilities for Delivery
Delivery depends heavily on how quickly the client provides:
• Brand materials (logos, colors, fonts)
• Footage or reference content
• Product/service details
• Approvals & feedback
• Access to social media accounts (if needed)
Delays from the client’s side will automatically extend the delivery timeline.
5. Missed or Delayed Deliverables
If there is a delay from Covalent Media’s side due to workload or technical issues:
• You will be informed proactively
• A new delivery date will be provided
• No additional shipping or delivery fees will apply
We ensure timely delivery, but timelines may shift if:
• Platform issues occur (Meta, Google, editing software)
• The project scope expands
• Unexpected edits or reshoots are required
6. Digital Download Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase any digital templates, presets, guides, or downloadable products:
• Files are sent instantly upon payment
• If you do not receive the email, you can request a resend
• No physical shipment is involved
• Download links remain valid for 30–180 days depending on the product
7. Delivery Confirmation
A project is considered delivered when:
• Final files are sent on the agreed platform, and
• You have access to download or review them
We keep files available for 7–30 days for backup, depending on your service plan.
Long-term storage is not guaranteed unless specified in your contract.
8. Shipping Charges
Since all products are digital:
• No shipping charges apply
• No courier services are used
All delivery is free and conducted online.
9. Incorrect Email or Access Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Incorrect email addresses
• Lost access to accounts
• Client-side drive storage limits
• Slow responses to approval requests
You can always request resending of files within the retention period.
